This Privacy Policy explains how Core AI Apps ("we", "us", or "our") treats user data when you use our mobile applications. We design our tools with a privacy-first approach: your files, contacts, and personal content stay under your control. By installing or using our apps, you agree to the terms described in this document.
We do not operate external servers to store user content — all transfers happen peer-to-peer or locally on your device.
2 What We Never Collect
Core AI Apps does not and will never directly collect, store, or transmit:
- Real names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Precise location data (GPS, WiFi triangulation)
- Biometric, health, or genetic information
- Financial or payment credentials (all payments handled by Google/Apple)
- Political opinions, religious beliefs, or sensitive personal data
Zero personal data stored on our servers. File transfers happen directly via encrypted Wi‑Fi or local network.
3 App Permissions – Explicit Purpose
Our apps request permissions only for core functionality. All data access requires your explicit action (e.g., selecting files or tapping backup).

You may deny any permission. Core features like file transfer may remain limited, but we never force access. Uninstall stops all data usage instantly.
4 Third‑Party Services (Analytics & Stability)
We rely on trusted SDKs to improve performance and crash diagnostics. All services collect fully anonymized usage data.

These services may collect device model, OS version, and anonymized diagnostic events but never personal identifiers.
5 In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions
All payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. We do not store or access credit card details, bank accounts, or any financial data. We only receive confirmation of purchase (product ID, transaction state). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before period ends.
You can manage subscriptions directly in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
6 Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
7 Data Security & Encryption
Transfers between devices are encrypted with AES-256 during peer-to-peer sessions. We do not host your files on external servers. We continually update security practices, though no method is 100% invulnerable.
8 Data Retention & Deletion
We do not retain any personal data on our backend. Any analytics data is anonymized and kept per third-party policies. You may request deletion of any residual logs by emailing our support.
9 Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, rectify, or delete your information. Since we collect no personal data, these rights are inherently protected. For any request, please contact us and we will guide you.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our apps after changes indicates acceptance.
